Mindy Kenworthy has served as President of the East Central Indiana Regional Partnership since May 2014. Prior to joining the regional partnership, Mindy led the economic development efforts in Wayne and Blackford Counties and served seven years at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation – the state’s lead economic development agency. During her time with the state of Indiana, she managed projects with domestic and international companies including Amazon, Dow AgroSciences, Nestle, Bridgestone, Cooper Tire and Caterpillar. In recognition of her service to the state, in 2013 she was awarded the Distinguished Hoosier Award from then Governor Mike Pence. Mindy is a native of Richmond, Indiana and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University East.
Caitlin Hancock has served as the Director of Administration & Marketing with the East Central Indiana Regional Partnership since 2015. Prior to her position at ECIRP, she interned with the Grant County Economic Growth Council. Caitlin graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in public relations and currently resides in Blackford County.
