Our Staff

Trevor Friedeberg

Trevor Friedeberg has served as President and CEO of the East Central Indiana Regional partnership since 2022. He came to the Partnership after 13 years at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation where he was the Director of Business Development Projects. He is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council (NDC). He earned a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Policy from Michigan State University as well as his Executive MBA from the Eli Broad College of Business. He resides in Delaware County.

Caitlin Hancock

Caitlin Hancock has been a part of the East Central Indiana Regional Partnership since 2015. Prior to her position at ECIRP, she interned with the Grant County Economic Growth Council. Caitlin graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Public Relations and resides in Blackford County.
